It’s been a rough start to the week.
If I’m honest with myself, I’m feeling:
- discouraged
- lost
- unclear
- confused
- disappointed
- frustrated
None of these are a great state of mind to make major decisions from.
You and I have the same responsibility
It’s my job to (A) be aware and honest about my emotional state, and (B) know how to change my state so I can make better decisions.
